How to build a popup window in POWL (Embedded in FPM)

Hi,
Can anyone provide any info how i can build a popup window and handle it in POWL List? (Not confirmation popup!!!)

It will be triggered via a button in POWL List.

What should i do after catching the button in the method IF_POWL_FEEDER~HANDLE_ACTION?
