Export to PDF in BI Launch PAD (Lumira)

Hello,

I encountered a problem on BI Lauch pad 4.2 Support Pack 3 with storyboard (one page) when i'm trying to export to PDF (with check the box appendix or not).It turns to infinity so I am obliged to stop the export and restart it another time for it to work.

I tried on several storyboard and it’s always the same.

It works perfectly on desktop version.

The problem is IE 11.

Using Chrome 56, it's just work very well...

But i didn't find information from SAP about that !

Bob,

Export to PDF will not work if you have extensions installed. Do you have any extensions installed?

Hello Tammy,

The only extension installed is SAP Universe Query Panel .
Export to PDF doesn't work the first time but always work when i cancel the first exporting and retry the export.
