After S4H Migration, Negative credit exposure is created with category 400 (Open delivery)

Hi All

We have done migration from ECC to S4H system and for some customer we have observed that after migration, system has created negative credit exposure with category 400(Open delivery).

We checked for some deliveries and found that these are invoiced. Also if I compare FD33 & UKM_BP in S4H system, Credit exposure is significantly different. Difference is because of category 400 related exposure created on migration.

Since delivery is already invoiced, why is negative credit exposure updated for these documents? Do you know why system picks such deliveries for credit exposure change & how to resolve this ? We executed UKM_RVKRED77 and still issue remains.

Have a look at OSS note 2373270 and see whether you ran the report ukm_credit_mig_finish

Hi Lakshmi

I checked note 237327. It is for unmigrated customer while our customer has got migrated from credit management perspective. Still I executed report ukm_credit_mig_finish for this customer with checkbox "Complete Credit exposure migration", but there is no change in credit exposure.
