Issue with sharing service instances across spaces in the same org

Hi Team,

When we execute CLI command in CF for sharing the service instances across spaces in the same org then it is throwing an error stating that we are not authorized to perform this action. As per Cloud Foundry documentation, we can run this CLI command. CF Documentation Link.
We already have space developer role in both spaces and org manager role in Org.
