How to configure a special shift applicable only for female employees

Hi There, Experts !

I request your knowledge in configuring a special shift which is applicable only for female employees;

The requirement goes this way - "Maternity Reduced shift - In this the requesting female employee can chose for a reduced shift of 2 hrs short than the regular shift(8:00 to 14:00). Starts from 6 months of pregnancy to the date of delivery. a). 1 hour in the beginning and 1 hr at end; b). 2 hrs at end; or c). 2 hrs at the beginning. And can continue after the delivery of the baby, Emp takes the Mother hood and Maternity leave post which the reduced shift will continue till the baby is 2 years. This is a paid reduced hours."

Have Maintained Maternity leave and Motherhood leaves separately, and Have configured 3 shifts a, b, and c. But not able to assign these shift to be maintained only for female employees.

Hope this has a simple solution.
