A custom workflow triggers an automated email In decision step during PO release. But this generated email is not seen in SOST tcode. I'm wondering if there is any program that need to be run to get entry in SOST.
This is my first time working with workflow, kindly help me with this.
I would start with the workflow log, and ensure that there are recipients to the email task, and that it has processed correctly. If the workflow task fails silently, you would not see any entries in SOST. A common method for doing this is to gather all the recipients in a step prior to the email task, just to ensure that you do have valid recipients.
If you can check the contents of the workflow container for the email task, you should see something in either of the Recipient container elements.

Hi - There are quite a few configurations to be done in SCOT transaction. Kindly check for documentation around this transaction to do the needful.
Thanks & Regards

I used RSWUWFML2 Program to trigger the email notification for this decision task and it worked.
