Customize the TOTP/ Two-Factor Authentication page via Cloud Platform Identity Authentication (IAS)

In case the User has no Passcode (maybe his/her smartphone got lost),i need to implement a new button so Users can be redirected to another page and report their status.

Where to customize the code for this page to implement a button?

As Istvan Bokor gave a approach that would be possible ..

In real case, if a user lost the mobile then that should be reported immediately to Administrator and admin will arrange alternative login method for user.
Also, you can enable BioMetrics Authentication (Fingerprint)
