The ASSERT condition was violated in conversion object in LTMC TOOL

I am trying to load vendor master using LTMC object. Have added few fields using LTMOM. But after resolving every errors in simulation, I am unable to load the data in the target system due to this error.

Hello,

We had this issue earlier this year - Migration Cockpit | Supplier - ASSERT condition was violated.

Please check in source if your Suppliers have in LFA1 also a KUNNR assigned. If so, this is the cause of the error. Also, check the log in ST22 which shows you exactly where the program gives the dump.

Thank you Madalina! This solved alot of the errors I had in migrating vendors. I found one more cause: if a vendor is created in LFA1 but does is not created as a BP (check in table BUT000), you can also encounter this error code.
