How to trigger next action in campaign ?

I inserted the interaction data to marketing on premise by API_MKT_INTERACTION_SRV,

but campaign didn't execute next action .
I have these question:
1. The api  payload  
2. How to check that the data  was imported and triggered successfully ?

Hi Yvaine,

In standard scenario, it uses outbound id in outbound emails and the outbound id is also collected in the reaction interactions to identify the campaign and contact.
