Determine cross dock based on source and destination in freight units

We have a requirement to select transshipment location in Freight unit based source and destination.

During creation of Freight unit based on source and destination we want the FU stage to go through different transshipment locations

For example: Use case 1 Source: Texas and Destination: Idaho

FU stages should be stage 1: Texas to transshipment A and stage 2: transshipment A to Idaho

For example: Use case 2 Source: Texas and Destination: Wyoming

FU stages should be stage 1: Texas to transshipment B and stage 2: transshipment A to Wyoming

one freight order for stage 1: Texas to transshipment A

second freight order for stage 2: transshipment A to Destination: Idaho
