Lumira Designer comment problem

I am facing a problem, when I create a comment on a specific dimension member, it shows the comment on the next dimension member (Reparability code value is #) if the value is not assigned as showing in screen shot. If the reparability code value is available (D), then the comment will only show on the required dimension member which is right. Is someone have any idea why this might be happening?
