1797736 - SAP Gateway Troubleshooting Guide - how to use in SAP Marketing Cloud

We have faced some AWS Api issues and I wanted to check how do we launch and use what is in the KBA 1797736 - SAP Gateway Troubleshooting Guide?

I have experience using it in the on premise Hybris Marketing but I am not sure how to launch without a SAP Gui on the front end .
