hi can you tell me what the terms "Tenant" and "Environment" mean on cloud platform integration?
thank you
Hi mark.fryu
"Tenant" refers to your (customer-specific) instance of the Cloud Integration service. When you buy SAP Integration Suite, you get 1 or more Cloud Integration tenants based on the service plan you choose. You can't buy Cloud Integration separately anymore.
"Environment" refers to the data centers on which your SAP Integration Suite service is hosted. Neo environment is SAP-owned data centers which are not available anymore. Cloud Foundry environment, which is the one available now, is a multi-cloud space where the DCs are hosted by providers like AWS, Azure, and GCP.
More info here: https://discovery-center.cloud.sap/serviceCatalog/integration-suite?region=all&tab=service_plan
Hope this helps.
Regards,
Karuna

mark.fryu this blog series gives a great overview and introduction 😉 I would say both are comparable and mean basically the same
