Is it possible refer the footer url's to SAP Workzone Content

Hi Experts,

I would like to know if SAP Workzone is capable to store the documents, which can be linked to footer links using SAP Workzone footer functionality.

My Requirement is that I want to open a word document if user clicks on footer link in SAP Workzone. Footer links are generated via HTML file, which is configured via SAP Workzone Admin console.

I would appreciate if any one can guide me on this topic.

Hi theappdevhari,

Thank you for posting this question! You can directly upload content (like for example Word documents) to the different content storage locations within Work Zone, depending on the target audience. Either using a workspace and/or the content section for the homepage - the latter would be available more broadly. Alternatively, a private/public workspace could be used & referenced. The document URLs are stable, hence using them in the "custom footer" HTML is okay.
