To login to BI with anything other than AD and SAP would require trusted authentication. Searching for SAML probably wouldn't find all the relevant documents or they may not look relevant even if you find them. KBA 1593628 will get you started, the tricky part that's not documented is how the customer will provide the SAML user name to BI. Unfortunately many customers have difficulty implementing this portion of trusted auth.
