Digital Mock up PSM error with ACF plugin

Using Digital Mock up function in SAP PSM I got an error message with missing ACF plugin in Internet explorer.

Error message is as follows, when I try to start DMU view:

SAP.VE.FileTransfer-COM-Server was not found. Please ensure that you installed the recent version of SAP 3D Visual Enterprise Viewer.

I got Version: Version 9.11.2.10000, Aug 13 2021

ACF plugin is also installed, but seems not to be enabled in browser. How to enable the plug-in and how to display visualisation of 150% model?
