While doing settlement in FTR_edit flagged for posting is not happening

While doing settlement for commodity future transaction in FTR_edit flagged for posting is not happening under cash flow segment. See the screenshot.

Further we are able to post journal entry even though flagged for posting is not happening.

Request you expert to help us to resolve the issue.
