We have recently activated "Critical Object Check" configuration in our ChaRM process where the objects we maintained in "Critical Object" window of Admin cockpit will be tracked for any changes and necessary approvals to move those changes.
However, All of our functional teams combined has provided a long list of critical objects which is around 5000 in number and we see it will be very difficult to map each and every object one at a time in the Admin cockpit.
We would like to know if there is any simple process available where we can add multiple objects at once per system/client.
If you want to add multiple Critical Objects to the ChaRM Admin Cockpit, you can use wildcards. This is described in the help portal page https://help.sap.com/viewer/8b923a2175be4939816f0981b73856c7/LATEST/en-US/4d6fc4bdc469569be10000000a...
Under Activities, point 1 describes the various methods you can use to define a critical object. If you want some examples on how to use wildcards for critical object definitions, refer help portal page https://help.sap.com/viewer/8b923a2175be4939816f0981b73856c7/LATEST/en-US/4d6fc687c469569be10000000a...
