Unable to update https certificate for System Landscape Directory 9.3 PL14

Hi Community,

i want to update the PKCS12 certificate for the System Landscape Directory tomcat in SAP Business One version 9.3 (PL14) using the batch file C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP\SAP Business One ServerTools\System Landscape Directory\tools\update_https_certificate.bat.

For information i used the KeyNote: 2046101 - Cannot Change Certificate and Database User Password for System Landscape Directory

The Problem:

I run the command as administrator, after enter the path section and the password i got the following message (Screenshot):

Does anyone know, what the problem is? I got not enough imput from the error message :-(
