RI and ECF Configuration


Hi experts,

We are trying to configure the functionalities of RI and ECF in Web Site VU in order to integrate ECF to C4C to manage calls instead of CDT, but unfortunatelly the available material is not as clair as the one for older functionalities. My question is if there is any example of installation/configuration for there new functionalities apart from this:

I know for older versions there are several PDF guides with examples like "SAP Contact Center Introductory Training IA.pdf" or even some videos with examples for Integration and some other features.

Any additional material or information anyone could have, will be really appreciated.
