SAC Story restricted measure planning enabled column - validate

Hi,

I have a below requirements, in one of the columns user has to enter 0 or 1. And he is not suppose to enter any other values.

Currently SAC is allowing me to enter any value in this restricted measure column.

Is there a way to restrict the entry only to "0" or "1".

Is there a way to validate the input entry. ?
