Hi all,
I have some Books published to the Learning Center in Enable Now. However, when I search for their titles in the search box in Learning Center, they do not appear. I tried using the keyword option in Producer to add keywords through which they can be searched but the Books do not appear even if I search using the keywords.
Is there anything I should be doing to ensure the Books appear when users search for them using the search function in Learning Center?
Hi Akshatha,
The issue is probably that the Books do not have the correct contextual information to appear in the library. To have any content appear in the library there are 4 attributes on the content that must be aligned with your application, these are:
1. Language
2. Context
3. Product name
4. Product version
The easiest way to make sure that your content is linked to the corresponding application so it appears in the library is:
1. Open Producer and the application that the content should be linked to, e.g. S/4HANA
2. Navigate to the specific screen that the content is to be linked to in the application, if the screen linkage is important
3. Click on the content object to be linked, e.g. a Book
4. Click the Record Context button (grey button with a red circle) on the top center part of the Producer screen and select Record Web Assistant Context
5. Select the application that the content is to be linked to and click Choose
6. Synchronise the modified content back to Manager and publish the modified content
7. Check Web Assistant again
Hope this helps.
Regards
Shane

Hi Akshatha,
I have test it in SuccessFactors and it works fine for the Name (Title), Short Description & Keywords. See screen below.
Please make sure that after you have done the modification that the book is published.
If you still have issues please open up an SAP Enable Now incident. Component: MOB-UIA-TUT
Hope that helps - if so please accept this answer.
Best regards, Michael
