Vendor catalog on S4hana cloud private

Hello Experts

We have S4hana cloud private for our client, and we want to implement vendor catalog.

I would have the option to create a PR from a vendor catalog. How can i do that? Any link or documentation to help me with that please?

I think the process, will start from employee self service, but i need more clarification.
