IBP Analytics Issue in after transport of Dashboards

Hello all,

We are facing an issue after transport of Analytics and Dashboard in Production system.

The Analytics are not assigned to the dashboards after we export the Analytics Software collection to the Production system. This is being observed for some of the Analytics transported. Also, we found that "On dashboard" field is not in sync between Dev and Production system. We are on IBP 2108 version.

Has anyone faced similar issues after the Transport of Analytics and Dashboard and how you managed to rectify this?

Any pointers will be helpful.

Hello Both,

Once those objects(Analytics, Dashboards, Custom Alerts, Subscription) are transported(imported) they are owned by default SAP system user. You need to either change the owner / share those objects with required users. It can be done by using Content Administration app.

Hi,

did you identify the root cause for this issue?

Make sure that Dashboard user permission are maintained properly.

We had this issue earlier raised OSS message and SAP support team adjusted it.
