Our OTD target is 99%, base current system issue, we can’t meet this target. But order handling sometimes forgot to adjust system delivery schedule base customer needs,
Thus affecting the results of the evaluation, and they tried to fix the data by cancelling the operationThe problem seems that the Transport orders were confirmed and afterwise somebody has the great idea to delete the delivery note. That’s impossible!
Now, the result is that you have parts in (system) stock on the SHPR post goods issue interface 916 (701/916).
Attached a list with the available stock.
only thing I can do now, is to book those parts back to WIPP and than the shipping process has to be restarted.
ZPAC >> ZCN2WA >> new delivery.
Following step is German collegue suggestion, but we haven’t done it yet,and we don’t know how to do it yet.
Can anyone help me to slove this issue ? I really appreciate your kind help .
