GRC Approval not triggered to Approvers

Hi Experts,

We have implemented GRC recently and which is working find in Dev, then we moved all the changes to QA .
Here after submitting GRC request which is taking the right path/Manager path however not finding any owners.
Can you please tell me did I miss any configuration steps in QA.
