Document in Sales Order Management Process

Hello everybody i hope i can get the right answer in here because i'm confused about the answer of this question

What is the false following statement document in sales order management process?

A. Material document is created in goods issue process

B. No accounting document is created in goods issue process

C. Accounting document is created in goods issue process

D. Accounting document is created in billing document process

E. No accounting document is created in sales order process

Please explain why you choose it too, Thanks
