Problems with custom payslip

Hello dear experts, we are implementing payroll for out client, and we are trying to make a custom payslip using PE51.

Our payroll run was successful, we got good numbers, but when we make remuneration statement our amounts are lower then in RT table, and also some wage type amounts from RT table are not even printed on payslip.

Could you please advise what could be the problem.
