MM scheduling agreement shipping for Intercompany

hello Gurus.

we implemented a scenario of MM scheduling agreements type LP which are for Intercompany.

so one legal unit creates a SA, schedules dates for the whole year and the supplying legal unit is supposed to supply the materials according to the dates in scheduling.

in MD04 all the scheduled dates appear accordingly but the issue is that when the supplying unit creates a delivery with VL10D, also the dates for future deliveries appear and if there is a stock, the delivery is created for material that is not expected to be delivered yet.

How can we prevent this from happening?

I tried various selection screens scenarios in VL10D but it did not help.

any idea?

thnks Aijt

but this note is for the opposite of my issue: VL10D creates too much, not too little....

in our case, VL10D selects and creates deliveries also for scheduling agreements that are not sue yet

you may check SAP note 1469092 how to control delivery scheduling in STO and do a test in your system whether it works for inter company stock transfers too

You may check with settings in V_TVSHP; shipping parameters at client level, ( Config path basic shipping functions > config global shipping data) transfer of confirmed sch line quantities from order.

Hi @alisa.schlossberg-majer,

I think the SAP note 1480076 - Unselected sales order items / schedule lines are delivered in transaction code VL10* could help. The note describes different possibilities of selecting the required items.

Thanks and regards
