Pre Production Inputs (PPI) bifurcation

Hey there,

I wanted to find , if there is any way for Pre Productions Inputs(PPI) bifurcation.The aim is to find out -:

1) How to get quantities and PPI no. of those converted to PPO?

2) how to find those which are withdrawn?

3) What is number of DC-PPI i.e. those which does not have a PO?

4) And so on.

All of these above should be automated right from SAP itself . It can be done manually but for even some hundreds of PPI it becomes a behemoth time consuming entity.
