WIP stock to be used for WBS production order

Hello Gurus,

I have the following business case.

It could happen that production order A is in execution. For example 5 Operations and there is WIP between operation 3 and 4.

Now development want to take some parts of that WIP and use it for a WBS project order. what should i do to be compliance with costing to take this WIP out from production order A and use it for WBS project order?

kindly help me to understand what would be the process
