Is it possible to get all the users belonging to the same Team

Hello Everyone,

I wanted to know if it is possible to get all the users of a certain Team. Can teams in SAP System organized ? can I with code extract Users of certain Team, Or the position of someone in the Team? If Yes, could you please tell me how .
