Analysis for Office - change the order of workbooks in a menu role.

So, I posted this question about 3 years ago, but didn't get any usuable reply. That problem still exists (BW/4 HANA 2.0 SP8 & AfO 2.7 SP8).

Our work around was/is to add a number in the workbook description, but that still feels like a very stupid solution to me. Is there anyone who can think of a better way?
