S/4HANA Public CLD (ES) Multi-tenant - Fiori Apps/Embedded Analytics for Projects

Dear Community,

attached/below some PS related Fiori apps with embedded analytics. As I/we could not find those available in the system (S/4HANA CLD public (ES) multi-tenant) I am wondering whether those analytics apps, eg 'Project Earned Value' report, need to be licensed separately, meaning they are by default not accessible in multi-tenant public cloud system. Kindly advise.
