Problem downloading spool from SP01

Hi,

I have an issue when downloading from SP01 to local file.

In SP01, before downloading I can see a sales order shown in the result. Then I download to local file using "unconverted" option, the sales order is downloaded. Now I download using "Spreadsheet" option and the sales order is not in the xls file.

Is there anything I'm missing?
