DDIC - 100 client - Locked - 000 Client Unlocked

Dear Team,

DDIC is locked in 100 client and is unlocked in 000 client.

But when i check in [ SUIM ] " List of users according to logon date and password change " DDIC status is shows " log on " date as today when it remains locked always.

Please share your views.
