Production order release message

Hi all,

When I release a production order. I am getting a message with " Control instructions generated but there are warnings (See log) " instead of " Release carried out ". Can someone tell me the reason or help me to get it resolved?

Hello,

Please check the process instruction characteristic assigned to to the master recipe. In PI characteristic some instruction don't have correct logical sequence.

If you are not using PI sheet then you can remove all PI and in production scheduling profile activate no automatic control recipe generation at the time of process order release.

I think you don't need control recipe if you are not using PI sheet.

Hello,

In the production scheduling profile you defined that a control recipe shall be generated automatically for a process order during the release.

You have a similear message for production order, I am not sure however please check production scheduling profile setting in OPKP is activated with Control Instructions tick mark.
