Hi Team,
Please suggest how to share a lead between two users in sap c4c.
Warm Regards,
Pushpa
Hi,
It depends on your organization's access restrictions but in general, you can leverage the "Involved Parties" concept of C4C.
At first define/reuse existing party role in leads--> "Maintain Involved Parties". 2021-10-26-23-49-00.png
Then just assign the employee to this party role in leads--> involved parties.2021-10-26-23-49-14.png

Hi Saurabh,
So delegates don't cover leads?
Thanks in advance.

Hi Saurabh,
Thanks for your response.
Business does not want to go for additional work by putting the user name in involved parties every time they create lead. So will delegation concept cut the additional work like if we set user A as a delegate for user B so that all the previous and newly created leads for B will be visible to A?
If anything except involved parties we have ?
Thanks in advance.

Hi Pushpa,
The delegation concept will definitely work but it is not designed to work for such use case.
