SAP Business One - Web Browser Access SSO

I have installed SAP B1 10.00.170 Web Browser Access Service and enabled Single Sign-On, but when trying to login with the Web version, the application ask to input the Domain Username/Password (even though SSO is enabled).

How can I allow logging in to SAP B1 without entering the Domain Username/Password in the Web Browser version? (Just by clicking the Login button)

Hi Antoine,

If you have followed the steps of the Guide correctly and still the SSO is not working, you would first need to find what is the reason the SSO is failing, the reasons can be many.

You can do HTTP trace and the trace could give some hints on where the problem lies. If the SAML is the authentication method used, a SAML trace will be help too.

Include the HTTP trace (and SAML trace) to this post and the community can review and perhaps offer assistance.

Hi David,

In fact, when I am entering my Windows Domain Username/Password, I am successfully logged in.

But, I am unable to login directly without filling my Windows Domain Username/Password. I am asked to enter the Username when I click the Log On button.

My question is, can I simply login to the Web version without entering my Windows Username/Password? Just by clicking the Log On button?

Since the idea from SSO is allowing the user to log in once and access services without re-entering authentication factors.

Hi antoine_faddoul51,

Did you get a reply from the SAP Support for this issue?

Or did you find out if the SSO function isn't compatible with the Browser Access?

I am looking for a solution of the same problem as you and david.sapb1 but no one can give me some useful tips.

Thanks in advance for the support,

Federico

Hi antoine_faddoul51 ,

did you manage to fix that issue meanwhile? I'm having the same problem. SSO works perfectly with the normal Client access. But when using the Browser access, the system asks each time to enter the domain user and password and has also an issue loading the available company list.

Thanks, David

Hello,

Unfortunately I didn't get a reply from SAP and this is not resolved yet...

I'm doubting that SSO is not compatible with Browser Access version.

Hopefully we get a reply from SAP.
