Hi,
For few users AJAX framework desktop (page) is not working fine (not loading) but when we copy the user having the issue and created a new user, for these newly created users it is working fine.
For all new users the Ajax Framework Page is working fine whereas for existing few users Ajax Framework page is not loading.
Observation/action taken so far:
1) We do not face/have this issue in Development Portal (i.e Development Portal AFP is working fine for all users), issue is only in Quality Portal.
2) We have clear the PCD, Navigation, UME cache and delete the browser history & cache but the issue still persists.
3) We have check the permissions, and Everyone Group is having read access.
4) We have restarted the Quality Portal but the issue is still persist.
5) We have checked the logs but could not find any logs related.

Hello Kiruthika,
In our case we had already completed note 2344695 so we created a ticket with SAP and they instructed us to implement note 2225655. After running the PCD Check tool mentioned in the note our problem was resolved.

Check the master rule collection and reassign the desktop.

Have you found an answer to this issue? We have the same issue running 7.4 sp 11 with the latest components. Issue occurs regardless of which browser we use.

Hi Hussain,
If these users use Google Chrome 56 you will need to apply the latest patches for your EP-RUNTIME component and any dependencies. You must also apply the latest patches for the UISAPUI5JAVA component. This is very important, as this component has dependency too the EP-RUNTIME, which might not be very clear.
If the above has been applied, and issue remains is the Quality system going through any load balancer/reverse proxy?
