Hi All,
I have raised an incident yesterday from C4C. But did not receive an External Reference ID till now.
Sent a Note to Provider 4 times.
What is the reason for this??
Please check the status of the incident , It should be in status In Process – Provider Action , If its in the same and still no Id is generated , i would suggest you to report a new incindet and close this one as this could be also becasue of some technical issue.
