ChaRM: Enhanced Approval Procedure does not trigger email notifications.

Hi all

I just configured Enhanced Approval procedure how´s described in notes 2386809 and 2940587 for an approval executed by the Change Advisory Board in the change request, but no email is sent to the approvers, I also checked the note “3049394 - Change Request Management: Enhanced Approval Workflow does not send E-Mails”, which doesn’t apply due to my ST component has version 720 sp11 and note is valid for sp 12 and 13.

Do you have any idea, what the problem could be? The approval step works fine, just advisory board members can approve it, but with this issue, in a real scenario they wouldn’t be notified to do that.
