Marketing Subscriptions - Segmentation and Contact App

I found some data inconsistencies in subscriptions trying to compare data shown in contact app and segmentation

According the segmentation the customer has opt int for subscriptions of type bge-rewards but if I check in the contact APP say is opt out. Can anyone explain why these happens?
