E invoice for asset sale not created

Hi

While selling an used car, e invoice for India is not generated in our test enviornment. We use F-92 to make an asset sale using document type A1. All the notes are implemented. We are using S/4HSNA 2020 and using standard sap solution with DCS. Please advise.
