ECC to S/4 Hana conversion issue

Hi,

We are converting our ERP 6.0 EHP 7 system to S/4 HANA 2020.

During the SUM Prerequisite Extended Phase MAIN_SHDCRE/EU_IMPORT_ALL, we have got the following errors:

Severe error(s) occurred in phase MAIN_SHDCRE/EU_IMPORT_ALL!

Hi,

We restarted the phase many times. How can I see if R3load crashed or not? Nothing in the logs.

No events, no errors in the logs.

Note already consulted. We are using the SUM 2.0 SP12.

i think your r3load process crashed

did you have any events related to the systems , file space or mem or full etc etc?

there is a note related to similar issue in different phase, did you download latest r3load?

did you try just restarting the phase?
