Hello SAP experts,
The user encountered an error when accessing a workbook in Analysis for Microsoft excel. (Only one user encountered this issue)
Error Message: The server threw an exception (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80010105 (RPC_E_SERVERFAULT))
Below are the some of the steps that has been done:
* Followed guidelines provided from forums
* Un-installed Office365 and re-installed again.
* The Analysis for Office has been reinstalled. Both versions 2.7 (SP06) and 2.8 (SP08) has been tried
* The Analysis for Office has been configured based in the usual settings.
* Applied and tested with making sure that the correct and latest versions of BPC and EPM are installed, restarted laptop.
* Ran the Check Workstation Wizard (nwcheckworkstation) but no errors detected. The user can also connect in SAP GUI.
* Tried clearing the A4O Cache
After these actions, error still persists. Appreciate any insights.
