Issue in generating Subcontracting Challan

Hello,

We are unable to generate Challan through J1IGSUBCON transaction even after performing all the required configurations and master data settings. After clicking on 'Create Challan' button, system is not generating challan and also not showing any error message in Processing log. Processing log screenshot attached for reference.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have a look at OSS note 2483852 and check whether you carried out all the activities listed out there.
