BCC Recipients in C4C

Hi pros,

How can I save BCC recipints for sent emails in C4C?

When sending an email I can select a BCC Recipient:

And from ServiceRequest I have an opportunity to see BCC Recipient:

But opening a sent email revials that there is no table to BCC recipients present.

There is also no ODATA service for BCC.

Hello Nadezhda,

Looks like the UI does not display the BCC of sent messages.

You can find it via ABSL in the BO when you traverse the "BlindCopyMessageToParty" association from the Root node.
