Replicate the ECC behavior in SAP BTP

We have implemented the IF_CTS_REQUEST_CHECK in S/4 HANA on premise .

Every time we give a name to the TR and save it it will check the TR naming validation .

Now when we have a BTP instance running side by side .

When we create any artifacts in BTP , there is a TR created .

Can we anyway validate the description the developer has given (The naming convention ").

I cant find any Badi or tables or CDS views in SAP cloud platfrom where i get the TR name and the description
