SAP WM Physical Inventory CC

Hello Team ,

We are using physical inventory in WM at material level through LICC transaction .

LICC transaction is only creating documents if stock exist for material into WH Bin .

Now requirement is that ,system should create physical inventory documents for the material where stock is not present in warehouse Bin , so that user can run LI11N transaction & marked as Zero count .

Is there any way to achieve this , I have serached a lot but didnt found suitable solution
